Daily Healthy Tips -:
1-Try to do atleast 10 push-ups a day and workout for 10-15 minutes daily.
2-Daily jogging for 2-3 kilometers reduces chances of heart failure and increases amount of blood filtration in our body.
3-Try to make sure that when you walk 1 kilometer you do same amount jogging.
